Sheridan Maine are pleased to be working with a reputable well known business based in North Hampshire who are seeking an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager to join their busy finance team.

Reporting to the UK Financial Controller, the position will be responsible for the supplier accounts team of 4 staff.

Duties and responsibilities include;
  • Management of supplier accounts
  • Handle escalated supplier / vendor queries
  • Complex supplier account reconciliations
  • Manage PO process
  • Identify and improve accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
  • Monitor and set KPIs, providing support and mentoring to the team
  • Undertake appraisals, 1-2-1 and reviews
Key attributes and skills required;
  • Strong people and team manager
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Proven experience of process improvements
  • Advanced IT skills
The company are initially looking to recruit the position on a 12 month fixed term contract basis which could be extended or lead to permanent employment. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits including pension, free car parking and holidays. The office location is also accessible by public transport.
