Digital / E-learning Design and Development Specialist

HRLife are excited to be working with a fascinating and growing multi-site business as they rapidly expand their digital training offering and proactive learning support to the business.

They are looking for an experienced digital / e-learning professional to join their team to design and develop the overall digital learning to provide engaging, visual and stimulating training content to support the business as it undergoes a period of change.

You will be responsible for;

- overseeing the design and development of effective, appropriate digital learning interventions with a strong focus on ensuring they are creative, innovative and interactive

- working closely with the Senior Training Manager to shape the vision for digital learning; introducing and evaluating innovations including tools, platform and style

- innovate and engage learners selecting the most effective learning tools - interactive PDF's, modular quizzes, webinars, e-learning, videos etc..

You will have a broad background in instructional design, learning design, content design and development and will be able to hit the ground running and have impact. An aptitude for IT / systems and digital would be great. Working closely with internal stakeholders and managers, you need to be a people person, a good communicator and be able to credibly talk, influence and draw on previous ideas and ways of doing things.

Travel will be required in this role on a business needs basis so a full driving licence is required. Home based with flexibility and desire to travel as required with 1-2 days a month in the office for team meetings in Bristol.
