Production Operative

The Company

MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in the Gateshead area.

The Role

Working as a Production Operative in a fast-paced environment,
Daily meetings with the Team Leader or Supervisor to discuss workload.
Assembly of various components in a fast paced organised system
Operating machinery, feeding the machines
Heavy lifting and manual handling, transporting products to assembly and production area
Using various hands tools and air tools
Inspecting the quality of all products, prior to sending them to the next section.
To carry out a variety of different duties if required, as set by the team leader
Following a variety of standard operation protocols including assembly of products

The Candidate

A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
Should have experience using a variety of hand tools
Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.
Experience working in a fast-paced assembly or production environment
