Marketing Manager Pharma/biotech

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager (pharma/biotech) for a leading multi-national Biotech client based in Uxbridge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Brand plans for Inflammation portfolio
• Input into co-creation for Global brand plans and tactical planning
• Analysis and interpretation of sales data, KPIs, market research and trends
• Lead cross-functional brand team activities
• Work closely with the sales leaders to align sales force activity and engagement
• Working as part of a brand team, development, delivery and evaluation of integrated multichannel plan and development of promotional materials across multiple channels
• Lead the approval of prospective marketing materials through our cient Med Legal process.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive marketing experience gained within pharmaceutical sector
• Fully fluent in regulatory frameworks and code of practice (ABPI / IPHA)
• Experience of working within a cross functional team
• Highly experienced in the use of Promomats
• Experience of working with Multi Channel especially digital channels
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence
• Marketing or Business degree
