Recruitment Assessor

We are looking for a Recruitment Assessor to join us here at Brook Street during a very busy period of growth for a large organisation with sites across the UK. This will be for a 3/6-month contract.

You will be supporting with running the virtual assessment centres online. Your role will include conducting a presentation to candidates to give them an overview to the business they could be working in, interviewing candidates virtually and assisting in all elements of the assessment process.

This is a fun role, where you will get involved with candidates and hiring managers on a daily basis.

Full training will be given by the experts, we will ensure you are comfortable in all elements of the Virtual Assessment Centres and fully up to speed with the company we are working alongside as they go through an exciting growth period.

You will be able to multitask, be polite, professional and most of all you will get as excited as us about working closely with this organisation.

Please note that this role will be home based initially, with the potential for a mix of office and home-based working in the future, you will therefore need to live within a commutable distance from our office in Nottingham City Centre.
