We currently have an exciting opportunity with this established market-leading organisation in Hertford.
Looking for an Account Manager with experience in the property or similar sector able to take responsibility and manage a client portfolio.
Job details:
- Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
- Chasing payments by phone or email
- Issuing statements and reminders letters
- Assisting tenants to set up Direct Debit payments
- Processing card payments
- Producing regular reports
- Resolution of tenant query
- Account dispute resolution
- Account Administration
Salary Details:
- Salary between GBP23,000-GBP30,000 per annum
- 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in residential property debt management
- Understanding of legal framework for debt recovery in both residential and commercial property
- Organised and meticulous in their approach
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Be capable to meet deadlines and handling large volumes of work
