We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to join the site HR team in a capacity of a HR Advisor.
What is the purpose of the role?
To advise and provide guidance to the site management team on HR practice, including payroll, legal compliance and company policy.
Support the HR Manager to deliver the People Plan, support engagement initiatives and resolve employee relations issues.y
Key Accountabilities of the role
Manage a full range of HR activities within the Employee Lifecycle
Oversee the onsite payroll and time and attendance function, to ensure all colleagues are paid correctly
Provide advice and guidance on Absence Management and Performance Management
Provide advice and guidance on Clipper Policy & Procedures
Coaching & upskilling of managers across all levels
Manage HR Systems including Time & Attendance through to Payroll and Applicant Tracking System
Support Site Engagement & Charity / CSR Initiatives
Compliance of HR Audits
Support recruitment and selection through to onboarding
Maintaining up to date Employment Law knowledge and manage risk of ER issues
Maintain H&S in the Workplace
