OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out and complete PPM tasks and reactive breakdown works around site. The role will not be purely electrical works and the sucsesfull candidate will need to be able to work within a maintenance team and support other trades which may include joinery and plumbing tasks.
PPM duties include but are not limited to Emergency light testing, Electrical Swichroom and Panel inspections, Generator testing, weekly sprinkler test & L8 water checks.
Person Specification: The successful candidate will be able to work well within a team as well as on their own and will have a high level of experience as a facilities maintenance engineer and a sound knowledge of building systems.

* Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
* Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
* Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
* Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;
