Senior Support Worker
I am currently looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker or a well stablished Support Worker looking for the next step ahead in their career to work with Young People with EBD and Challenging Behaviours in a Residential Care Home in the Brighton and Hove area.
The Brighton based provider focuses in the therapy and development of their Young People and want individuals with your qualities and passion about making a difference and improving the life chances of their Young People. If you, are you robust, resilient and resourceful and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of Young People then I want to hear from you!
You will be working very near Brighton City Centre and with public transport at right at your doorstep. There is also free parking on site! To be successful in the role you would need to have good knowledge of child safeguarding and a Level 3 Diploma Being a driver with a UK License also is a great tool to have. More importantly, you will really enjoy your shifts with the Young People as you will encourage and enable them to visit new places and participate in fun activities like sport, arts and crafts, baking, dance and trips outings.
