Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure
An established Managed Service Provider based near Halesowen requires an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team and deal with escalations. This position is responsible for dedicated escalation support and troubleshooting. This individual must be extremely comfortable working in a Microsoft Server, Exchange, VMware and medium size business IT environment.
Are you confident communicating with people by telephone, email and in person up to a senior level?
Suitable candidates should show some of the following:
***Good communication skills and potential to learn new technologies
***Windows and Macs OS's (IOS / OSX)
***Windows Server experience (Desirable)
***Networking experience TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
***Exchange, Office 365
Desirable:
**Experience working for a Managed / Hosting Service Provider
