We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to join a small but growing, private care provider who has strong ethics and ambitious plans for the future to build luxurious homes across West and North Yorkshire.
About the home & the role:
* A purpose-built, state-of-the-art 80 bed home in the heart of the local community
* The home provides nursing care for older and younger adults
* A strong, supportive staff team, including an excellent Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead & Admin support
* The home enjoys consistently good high occupancy levels due to an excellent reputation
* Recently rated Overall Good with CQC, with potential to get Outstanding soon
* Fantastic location in Leeds, just off the Ring Road and close to all amenities.
About you:
* You will be nurse qualified, experienced manager who loves to be present around the home, spending time with the residents and staff team
* As a strong team player, you will have a motivational and inclusive management style and a passion for providing the highest standards of care
* With good communication skills, you will be able to positively liaise with all stakeholders and build good links in the local community, ensuring a positive reputation is maintained
* This role would suit a Home Manager who is looking for a long-term position with a company that really care and have a brilliant senior leadership team.
* Full training and budget management support will be offered
The Reward:
* c.GBP65k basic salary plus up to GBP10k bonus
* 6 weeks holiday in addition to bank holidays!
