This is a great opportunity for a talented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client's thriving firm in Leeds. Providing professional residential conveyancing and administrative support to fee earners, the successful paralegal will help to process files quickly and proactively in accordance with the risk and compliance processes.

Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- File opening
- Conflict and ID checks
- Handling correspondence and various legal documents
- Conducting pre-exchange and pre-completion searches
- Assisting with plot sales and purchases
- Collection of money on account
- Preparing contracts, requisitions on title and transfers
- Handling COT for signature
- SDLT matters
- Land Registry matters
- General administrative duties
- Paralegals with at least 1 year's experience in residential property matters
- A strong communicator both verbally and in writing
- Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
- Attention to detail is a key attribute
- IT proficient
