If you are an established Associate Architect who would relish the challenges of taking on Associate design lead responsibilities, one of the worlds most respected and commercially ambitious Consultancies have a senior level appointment based in their Leeds office available.

Required is a talented and experienced Senior level fully qualified ARB / RIBA affiliated Architect to join the Architecture and master planning division of this truly global brand, situated within their established Architecture team you will be given the autonomy to lead on a variety of high profile projects within the Yorkshire region and nationally. Of paramount important to this role is to secure someone who has excellent front end design skills, often viewed as a luxury item in certain circles required is someone with design flair who can demonstrate recent experience at RIBA stages 0-3 but is also competent at project delivery.

The role is open to someone who has a breadth of knowledge and specialism within one core sector or someone with a variety of project work within their historical portfolio.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of individual schemes and taking them through from inception to completion.
Ensuring design responses are deliverable and respond to the client brief whilst respecting the opportunities and constraints that each site affords.
Preparing quickly feasibility options for various projects and working with other disciplines to test the validity of designs.
Preparing concept scheme designs from Client briefs.
Client facing responsibilities to include entertaining clients and job running on site.
Communicating schemes in a mixed portfolio of media to both clients and your peers as part of our review processes.
Working as part of a team in the preparation of production information and working drawing packages.Requirements

Requirements

Qualified Architect, ARB registered. RIBA registration desired.
Architectural experience within sectors such as healthcare, Residential, Education, Commercial and Urban Redevelopment.
Demonstrable experience of delivering projects on-site.
Expensive front end design experience and creative flair.
Experience of delivering all RIBA stages particularly stages 0-3.
Able to deliver projects in a traditional and D&B contract environment; contract administration experience;
Passion for design and interest in developments within the Architecture industry.
Proficiency in Revit would be desirable but not essential.
Must be Adobe Suite proficient i.e. InDesign, Photoshop and illustrator.
Must have 3D modelling skills. Sketchup and Revit required.
Experience of producing concept designs.
Able to draw 'free hand' sketches and illustrate.
Able to participate in design and technical review amongst your peers.

Salary & package (depending on experience)

GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 + Car / car allowance GBP5500, private medical, 25 days holiday, lucrative performance bonus, 7% employer pension.

Our client currently operate a 2 days in the office and 3 from home policy which will continue indefinitely.
