Repairs Planner/Scheduler
GBP9.62 per hour
Temporary to permanent role
Hours - Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00
My social housing client are looking for an experienced repairs planner/scheduler on a temporary to permanent basis.
Main duties to include
Ensuring the smooth running of trade diaries
Varying orders with schedule of rates
Optimising trade productivity
Actioning follow on works and new orders
Liaising with trades
Responding to telephone and electronic contact whilst taking a proactive approach to customer care.
Providing excellent customer care to tenants via telephone and e-mail
Dealing with tenants queries and complaints
General housing administration eg: photocopying, letter writing
Work towards achieving KPI's such as right first time and appointment made and kept
Personal Qualities
You will ideally have worked within a similar sector and have an understanding of trade and operatives duties ie. plumbers, carpenters, plasterers and electricians.
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills and time management
Attention to detail
Motivated
Team Player
Microsoft office experience
