Job Title: Late Shift Traffic Operator - Immediate start
Job Purpose: All transport planning for the late shift operation.
Location: Daventry
Pay: GBP12.50 p/h
Hours: 2pm-10pm, 37.5 hours p/w
Temp (2-3 months)
Responsibilities
?? Late shift operator communicates the trunk requirements to each BBC.
?? Ensure Ford have the trailers when they are required and communicate requirements to network by 16.30. LTSO completes Trailer check/count by 14.00 in preparation for Trunk requests.
?? Liaise with Ford and/or loading team on site for any issues i.e. bar or strap issues.
?? Deal with any VORs breakdowns on site ensuring a timely resolution.
?? Reporting any issues from the late shift to the relevant Ford Supervision and XPO team at the end of your shift
?? Be in B Shipping Office 14:00 to deal with own drivers, give details on runs and give correct paperwork/seals.
?? Ensure all Adhocs direct loads are covered by drivers and that trailers are on site in good time to be loaded to meet Ford requirements.
?? Deal with drivers queries delivery issues throughout the day.
?? Clear Sharp Screens, F24 then F9 once both Screens are cleared you can then clear all the Daventry incoming in TMS screen.
?? Check all service and MOT dates of trailers on site and the stand trailers (during the daily Trailer check)
?? Complete trailer check on shared drive then email to Ford Supervision and Ford Loading Teams.
?? Complete Damage sheets and late shift handover spread sheet on shared drive.
?? Manifest all drivers and complete traffic sheet on shared drive, make sure all information is on Traffic Sheet i.e. Manifest Number Trailer Number etc.
?? Any special jobs (collections of empty modules from a single Dealership or additional delivery to a non-standard location) need to be completed in the Monthly Traffic Sheet so Customer Co-ordinator has the information for charging.
