Pure are pleased to be recruiting for a part time Administrator to join a fantastic Financial Services company based in Chelmsford, they need someone who can work Monday-Wednesday 9.00am-5.00pm.

Duties

Respond to email and telephone enquiries; record call details; save any relevant correspondence internally
Ensure call answering service provider is informed of all staff absences
Organise monthly team meetings; collate department statistics; complete meeting minutes and distribute to all staff
Sort and distribute the post to the relevant departments, or file as necessary
Frank outbound post
Maintain supplies inventory by checking and ordering office supplies, when required
Managing office maintenance requirements and coordinate any repairs of office equipment; maintaining equipment e.g. Franking machine
Provide general support to clients visiting the office
Maintain meeting rooms and ensure they are client facing at all times
Organise meeting room diaries
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, binding, scanning etc.
Produce first appointment packs for all advisers
Collate client information for advisers; print bind and post documents for self-employed advisers; scanning of packs within SLA
Ensure any changes to client information is updated accurately and product providers are informed accordingly; manage change of adviser/agency process
Support the Head of Administration and Senior Administrator with responsibilities related to new business, where required
Assist with any mandatory daily tasks, during staff absences
Organise staff collections; order occasion cards/ gifts etc.Attributes
