Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, an exciting international organisation. The main purpose of this role is to supervise the administrators within the Account Management team. You will be required to directly manage, develop through coaching and monitoring, motivate, and organise your team of administrators to provide support efficiently and effectively to the Account Management team, complete administrative tasks accurately and ensure all KPI's and SLAs are achieved or exceeded. You will be responsible for delegating tasks, monitoring the team's performance, delivering their training, and assisting their development. Within this role your responsibilities will include working with the with other departments. Initially this role will be remote working but it is anticipated that you will be Sheffield city centre based towards the end of 2021.

Duties:

* Managing, motivating, and coaching individuals in their assistance of the Account Management team external suppliers and internal departments, following set guidelines and procedures

* Conducting regular Quality Assurance reviews on all areas of work and systems, providing feedback, and setting appropriate development or corrective actions

* Managing, monitoring, and reporting Service Levels, Key Performance Indicators, staffing levels, staff activity and workflow, via one to ones and reports, to ensure maximum productivity and accuracy, addressing failures in a timely fashion.

* Managing administrative resource and tasks to ensure all POs, Invoices, approval forms etc are processed, enquiries handled, Salesforce and SOP updated, and messages answered.

* Developing and mentoring team members ensuring they all have clear objectives and understand their roles, which includes carrying out appraisals, one to ones and managing attendance.

* Ensuring that you and your team meet and exceed your performance targets, behavioural standards, departmental goals and contribute fairly to the overall departments SLA's and KPI's.

* Creating a positive, professional environment through effective communication, leading by example in the use of best practice and adhering to the company values

* Working effectively with the management team, providing them with analytical data and team information as required and cascading relevant information to your team

* Providing management cover and acting as point of contact as and when required, in line with the team working patterns and departmental working hours.

* Maintaining and updating accurate records relating to the performance of your team, including preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews, performance management, leave requests, Success Factors /or equivalent, input and participating in any disciplinary action.

* Developing and enhancing procedures to ensure the team is successful and that process refinement and continuous improvement is on-going.

* Involvement in and provision of Induction and on-going training including Salesforce, SOP and other systems and procedures for new team members.

* Building and maintaining positive working relationships throughout the business, working with other key service areas and departments to achieve department and company goals.

* Ensuring all policies and procedures, Health and Safety guidelines and values are adhered to

* You will also be required to process purchase orders issue invoices, handle calls, and carry out all other administrative tasks each day.

Skills/Personal Attributes Required:

* Competent business administrator / Team Leader

* Knowledge Sales Order Processes (SOP) and Purchase Order Processes (POP)

* Understanding invoicing process

* People Management / Supervisory/ Recruitment Experience in a performance management environment is preferred.

* Committed to the delivery of an exceptional level of support.

* Excellent communication skills

* Natural ability to manage, lead, inspire, motivate, and energise others in a positive and constructive manner.

* Shows respect to others and builds good, professional working relationships. Strong team player and role model, capable of gaining trust from your team and peers

* An ability to interpret and collate management data

* Proactive approach, good problem-solving skills, self-motivated and can work well under limited supervision. PC literate with knowledge of SAGE/ MS Excel/ Salesforce and the ability to train others on PC systems
