Rhubarb Recruitment is looking for an Assistant General Manager for the Town House, Nantwich, a high-volume town centre Restaurant and Cocktail Bar in Nantwich, Cheshire. The business operates 7-days per week, with a high quality 150-cover modern British restaurant plus busy late-night Bar/ Cocktail Bar which is music focused and includes DJ residencies at weekends. The business employs over 50 staff and has an annual turnover of more than GBP2,000,000.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager with experience running similar sized city centre food and drinks led operations. Candidates must be able to deliver 'on trend' into a modern, lively, fast paced restaurant and late-night bar.
The role will support the GM in all areas of day-to-day management responsibility.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of what excellent customer experience means and should be able to deliver a front of house service team that delivers a consistent 5* experience to all customers.
Salary includes a basic of GBP30k to GBP32k plus excellent benefits and conditions.
