Concur is currently recruiting for a Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager to start working for an expanding Southam based manufacturer.
The Production Manager role involves managing a team of 20 staff and supporting them on the shop floor with the manufacturing of components for a variety of industries.
Day to day duties also include opening the factory and getting the work ready for the day shift as well as doing the handover for the afternoon shift, reading engineering drawings to ensure all work is done correctly and on target and ensuring Health and Safety regulations are being adhered to.
As an ideal candidate for the Production Manager role, you will have a background in a production or manufacturing industry, be confident in interpreting engineering drawings as well as being comfortable with sheet metal manufacturing processes.
The Production manager is offered on a permanent basis with immediate start, pays up to GBP30,000 per year, as well as overtime rates and various benefits.
