IT Systems Administrator - Oxford - Azure AD - GBP24,000 - GBP30,000
I am currently hiring on behalf of my client who is based in Oxford. They are looking for an IT Systems Administrator, to join the growing business and be the go-to employee for any technical issues.
As a Systems Administrator you will be providing an essential service, keeping the IT Infrastructure updated and secure as well as working to improve and automate as much of the system as possible. You'll be monitoring the internal IT systems, providing basic internal IT support, and liaising with third-party IT support to ensure the Company's IT estate is secure, well managed and helping the team to deliver our corporate goals.
Day to day you'll need to be able to multitask; working on improvement projects but be able to react at a moment's notice to fix an issue.
Skills / Experience:
** Good grasp of technology - either via work experience and / or vocational / academic qualifications
** Understanding of Azure AD, MSOffice, and digital/cloud-based solutions.
** Well organised, full of initiative and a strong communicator
** A quick learner who can quickly understand and accommodate operational requirements.
** An excellent communicator who can make IT issues understandable to the whole team.
** Work with and manager relationships with 3rd party support providers
** Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision (this role sits within the Business Administration function, but will be the Company's only IT employee)
** Educated to degree level or Higher Apprenticeship.
