Job Title: 1st Line support / IT Business Support Analyst
Salary: GBP23,000-GBP25,000
Location: Rotherham
OVERVIEW:
A great opportunity for a 1st Line support / IT Business Support Analyst to join a successful and growing manufacturing company close to Rotherham.
The role will provide 1st Line support to the SAP system along with other key business applications. Providing a "feet on the ground" approach to reviewing, advising and resolving support calls that are logged by the business users.
You will work as part of a small and friendly team and be self motivated and able to communicate effectively with all users and partners.
The company are offering company contributed pension scheme, 25 days holiday + Stats Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm with an early 4.00pm finish on a Friday!
THE ROLE:
*Help Desk Monitoring
*Daily System Checks
*EDI Error Resolution
*SAP System User Administration
*Update System Outputs
*Testing Assistance
*Process Mapping
*SAP RF - Device Administration
*Identify opportunities for system/process improvements
*Support the IT Business Analyst as required
THE CANDIDATE:
*Must have previous working experience in a similar 1st Line support / IT Business Support Analyst role
*Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel
*Excellent communication skills
*Methodical approach to problem solving
*Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
*Previous knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
