Operations Administrator - Peterlee
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00

There are a lot of hungry mouths to feed out there and every day we deliver 1.5 million products from our fleet of 2000 trucks to thousands of restaurants, pubs, hotels, schools, hospitals and care homes in every corner of the UK. It's an essential role for assisting the smooth running of the depot - but our Operations Administrators make it look easy!
The role includes:
• Produce Excel based charts and table, mainly using standard templates.
• Liaising with wider team & other departments to ensure corrective action is taken on delivery issues.
• Process and control the production of Invoices and Credit Notes.
• Assist with quality control of all reports, files, and documentation
• Proactively presenting the need for new process solutions to improve depot service levels You'll have:
• Confident telephone manner
• Great literacy and numeracy skills
• IT skills and knowledge of SAP (desirable)
• Time management and administration know-how
• Excellent decision making, negotiation and problem-solving skills You'll live and breathe Customer First, and you'll enjoy working as part of a team with a dedicated focus on results.
