Location: Carrington M31 4QN
Salary: Attractive and benefits package.
Contract: Full time, permanent. 2 Roles covering 2 Shifts 06:00 - 14:30 / 14:00-22:30. 2 Roles covering 2 Shifts 06:00 - 14:30 / 14:00-22:30.

About the role
As a result of our new depot in Carrington we have a requirement for 2 Production Supervisors. The role is to supervise a team and ensure the safe and compliant processing of material delivered into the depot in line with all quality standards and KPIs.
Main Responsibilities
To ensure that your team produces quality work and in a safe way by keeping them motivated whilst adhering to all Saica Natur policies and procedures. The role reports to the Operations Shift Manager and you will be required to step up in their absence.

• To be able to demonstrate that you can manage a team of production workers safely
• A precise attention to detail and quality
• GSCE A - C level or equivalent
• Comfortable in a fast production/manufacturing operation
• Be able to coach and improve performance of your team
• Be able to demonstrate that you can achieve targets
