Permanent Parts Administrator, Newcastle Under Lyme, GBP9.31 per hour + Bonus
Over the past 10 years my client has worked with major international brands to support their businesses within the technical sector. A new opportunity has arisen for a parts administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting with stock management of parts within the parts store, ensuring stock integrity is maintained at all times according to internal processes
Monitor and report on parts inventory and ensure stock storage space is managed effectively
Ensure parts and devices are ready to be shipped and preparing shipments to return to clients
Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock is available and shipped within agreed time frames
Using scanning equipment and internal systems to scan parts and handsets
Key Skills requirements:
PC Literate with excellent data entry skills
An enthusiastic, personable approach
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow processes
Team player
Working hours: Working 5 days between Monday-Saturday 8.15am-4.45pm
