Advantage are currently looking to recruit a Paint Shop Labourer for one of our clients in the Bradford area. Initially the role will to assist the powder coater in prepping stainless steel and aluminum signage by hand and then loading them into a pre-wash unit, general laboring and housekeeping.
Tnis is a temporary role with a view of going permanent for the right candidate after 12 weeks.
Reporting to the paint shop foreman the right candidate will have:
* An enthusiastic and common sense approach to work
* The ability to work as part of a team
* Enjoy a varied workload
* Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
* Confidence in using hand tools
This is a physically demanding role, working 38 hours per week, with overtime to suit the business needs
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.30 (08.00 on a Monday) to 16.30
21 days holiday per annum plus statutory bank holidays
This is a minimum wage position to start with, but the rate will increase with progression if skillset is met
