Pure are recruiting an experienced Administrator, to support a client with comprehensive project administration, as well as providing admin support to members of a Partnership team.The post holder will work closely with GP practice staff, Patient Participation Groups, the Voluntary Sector and members of the public. The successful individual must be confident working independantly, without much guidance. Strong administration skills are a necessity, with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint at intermediate-advanced level.

Monday - Friday, Full Time. A combination of remote and on site working (Ipswich)
ASAP start to May 2022

Responsibilities:

Assist other members of the team in organising engagement events, training and education events and internal/external meetings.
Produce newsletters, posters and leaflets.
Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, particularly patient participation groups.
Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services, and initiatives to provide, information and analytical advice to strategic leads.
Work with members of the Team to develop and implement project data collection systems, that will provide accurate and timely data.
Organising and planning events as necessary, and producing supporting information material.
Take accurate notes and minutes, at formal meetings as required,
presenting the minutes in a professional format to given timescales.
Follow up outstanding actions and maintain action logs as required.
Co-ordinate diary events and arrange meetings using an electronic calendar where possible,liaising with external venues, suppliers, caterers as required.
Collating and presenting data in a range of formats.
Collating reports which may include reports to the Board and senior management as required.
Acting as a point of contact for teams, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from stakeholders and passing on relevant information to appropriate
team members sensitively and autonomously
Undertake typing, word processing of correspondence, documents, forms, agendas, and reports.
Carry out photocopying, and distribution of documents to given timescales where appropriate.
Create and maintain up to date filing systems both electronic and paper-based, using the most effective methods.
Create/amend Powerpoint presentations and create/manipulate data in basic spreadsheets.
Ensure invoices and travel claims are signed by the appropriate manager within given timescales.Experience Required:

Sound administration skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Experience typing meeting minutes, with accuracy and attention to detail
Well organised and proactive
Professional communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work on own initiative, and to tight deadlines
Team player, with excellent time management skills
