The Company
Our client is a leading Plastering and Dry-Lining company in the South East.
They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to joing their team in Eastbourne. You will be working with the Senior Directors, providing one to one support. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm
The Role
The role will include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Preparing communications on behalf of directors
Supporting other members of staff as required
Answering telephone calls
Organising travel and itineraries
Taking notes during meetings
Conducting or preparing research
Adhoc tasks as required
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Strong Computer Literacy
Verbal and written accuracy
Professional discretion
Efficiency
Strong organisational skills
