Quality Manager required to join a well-established Manufacturer of high performance insulated construction parts, based in the Wigan area. The successful candidate will be required to be hands on and willing to work 50% on the shop floor and 50% within the office.
Previous experience within a similar role is essential, preferably the experience will be within a Manufacturing / Engineering environment.
Quality Manager Position Overview
Monthly reports showing each steps to reach ISO 9001 standards
Improving operations and reducing costs.
Responsible for checking all quality forms have been filled in.
Advise the Senior Management Team of technical changes in the market with regards to matters of Quality which may be of relevance either immediately or in the future.
Produce and have responsibility with Senior Management colleagues for the implementation of a training & development.
Quality Manager Position Requirements
Experience within a similar role previously
Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline
Able to be hands-on
Experience in working towards ISO 9001 standards
Quality Management experience within a manufacturing / engineering environment.
Live within a commutable distance to Wigan.
Quality Manager Position Remuneration
Full time - permanent
Salary - GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 - Negotiable DOE
