Project Assistant
Broadstairs - Working from home
Monday to Friday
Our client, a marketing company working with an international pharmaceutical not for profit society, are looking to expand their team with a Project Assistant on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Assistant:
Set agendas for project meetings
Produce minutes/actions
Work with project leads and members to set up and maintain project meetings
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Setting up and maintaining project workspaces, predominantly Microsoft Teams
Creating agendas/minutes
Managing tasks and notifications
File management
Producing and distributing reports and surveys
Person Specification of the Project Assistant:
Previous experience working within an administrative capacity
High level of education
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft packages (Teams)
Enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn and improve.
Adaptable to change, the ability to listen and follow instruction also use their own initiative when needed.
A strong team player.
Immediate starts are available.
