e2e HRC are on the lookout for a number of permanent full time waiter/waitresses to work for a fine dining restaurant in the city of Bristol.
Job Purpose
To serve customers to the high standard set by the management, providing food and drinks in accordance with placed orders.
Knowledge of products
* Be fully aware of all the menu items such that helpful informative advice can be given to customers to help their choice and improve sales of ancillary product
* Discuss product knowledge with manager on regular basis.
Table Presentation
* Ensure table is set in accordance with management standards and that all crockery, cutlery, glasses and table cloths are clean and presentable
* Ensure all used/dirty items are removed promptly and replaced with the appropriate items
* Clear down and reset tables once customers have left, to ensure table turnaround is achieved as quickly as possible.
Customer Service
* Meet customers and take to their table
* Ensure they are comfortable and all their initial needs are met
* Constantly monitor the tables in your section and respond immediately to any customer requirement
* Liaise with kitchen and bar to minimise customer waiting time.
