Description

Joining as a Senior Accountant based at their Exeter offices you will act for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, all sub audit threshold in turnover, so no audit requirements and clients ranging into the millions in turnover on larger concerns. The industry range is very varied and they require a hands on accountant, preparing accounts, personal and corporate tax returns, VAT and providing other general accountancy practice services, to this firms client base, working in a team consisting of the partner, manager and 3 other trainees across 2 AAT trainees and a ACA trainee. You will sit between the trainees, reporting to the manager and partner, carving a key position within this team.

Profile

You will have at least 3 - 4 years or considerably more experience, specifically gained within an accounting firm environment, as a Senior Accountant, or similar level, preparing accounts, tax, bookkeeping and providing other services to sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You may hold AAT, ACCA, or be part qualified or at finalist levels, or you may be experienced only, with significant experience in practice and be looking for new challenging opportunity, within a growing firm of accountants.

Job Offer

GBP18,000 - GBP28,000 negotiable, dependent on experience and background.
