Client Services Manager

Randstad In-house Services, part of the Randstad group, specialises in providing bespoke workforce management solutions aligned to business needs and objectives.

Due to growth and a new client win we are looking for a new member of staff to join us a Client Services Manager in Manchester.

Working with a forward thinking, innovative and expansive company, you'll undergo a planned week long induction in which you'll receive a company introduction, begin remote training and be assigned a buddy to help you through your first weeks and months. After week 1, you'll be managing front line activity, working in collaboration with other courier coordinators and you'll be able to make your mark immediately in this 'must succeed' venture.

Salary - up to GBP30,000 per year depending experience

Requirements and responsibilities

To succeed in this role you'll be used to working in dynamic and fast paced environments and able to take initiative to generate and maintain your own workload.

• Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Checking in members of staff
• Issuing equipment
• Motivating and reviewing courier performance
• Maintaining and handling equipment
• Administration tasks
• Office and facilities management
• Ensuring COVID-19 measures are in place and adhered to

Whilst event management or transport management backgrounds are an advantage, they are not essential - it's all about your communication and motivation.
