FP&A Manager

CMA Recruitment Group are partnering with a growing group of companies based in Fareham to recruit for a newly created role, FP&A Manager.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they enter a 5 year extensive growth plan, this role will provide accurate, timely and relevant financial information to all stakeholders in the business in the most efficient way possible.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide financial and non-financial reporting to Directors/Banks/Investors;
• Work with the CFO to implement an annual budgeting process;
• Control 5 year business planning process;
• Responsible for financial planning/budgeting and forecasting for the Group;
• Work with the business to create KPI's;
• Manage cash reporting.

Suitable candidate:

• You will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified;
• You will have at least 2 years FP&A experience;
• Financial modelling skills, ideally with Power BI or similar exposure;
• Be a self-starter with strong communication skills.
