Skilltech Resourcing are currently recruiting for a time served Mechanical Fitter for their client in Birkenhead, as a minimum expectation candidates should possess the following: -
* Experience of both workshop and site work (current valid CSCS card or other).
* A proven background working within the food or related process industry and awareness of associated regulations.
* Knowledge of industrial gas ovens/ burners, bearings, rollers, gearboxes etc - stripping down, cleaning, rebuilding and replacing.
* Fully conversant with health and safety regulations and overall good practice whilst on site.
* Flexibility towards overtime as required.
Initially temporary with a genuine opportunity for a permanent contract following a qualifying period, my client would ideally like to see previous job stability as the successful candidate will form a crucial part of a close team.
GBP14.00 - GBP15.00PAYE depending on experience
