Senior HR Information Systems Analyst

Permanent - up to GBP30,000

Remote - occasional travel to Edinburgh

Our FTSE250 client are looking to recruit a remote based Senior HR Systems Analyst on a permanent basis with occasional travel to Edinburgh. The role will sit within a busy Service Centre providing responses to a high volume of HR requests, queries and problem cases related to HR applications. Working as part of a team, you will have daily interaction with the client, its employees and internal & external parties.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with advanced system related issues, escalated by tier 1 helpdesk administrators
• Responsible for providing level 2 and 3 support to HR system users by analysing, tracking and resolving issues, escalating critical issues to management when appropriate.
• Serve as an escalation point from the HR Service Centre for system related issues that cannot be solved in the initial pass
• Regularly research, analyse and recommend/implement solutions to HR processes and systems in order to improve efficiency and minimize risk
• Partnering with legal and compliance in order to ensure regulatory compliance
• Produce monthly statistical MI data and comparison against SLA to identify and report on any variances

Skills and Experience

• Must have prior experience in supporting an HR function, with good knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• Proven track record of HR systems experience to a super user level
• Hands-on experience of Workday and/ or Taleo/ Oleeo/ Assignment Pro is essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple priorities under pressure.
• Ability to respond to a high volume of queries, ensuring a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrates an understanding of effective verbal communication and is confident in adapting communication style to that is appropriate for the audience
