Full Training Provided

Starting Salary GBP21,000 to GBP28,000 depending on experience

Blackburn, Lancashire

Package: 25 days holiday plus banks, Pension, Commission, Free Parking

OTE Year 1: GBP30,000 to GBP35,000 uncapped

OTE Year 2: GBP35,000 to GBP40,000 uncapped

OTE Year 3: GBP40,000 to GBP45,000 uncapped

Established in 2007, we have grown to be a well established and well-regarded recruitment agency. As we drive ourselves out of the pandemic, we are now looking to employ at least three new people to train and develop into Senior Recruitment Consultants.

We provide full training and support.

We are looking for people who have:

• Previous sales or business to business exposure
• Keen to work in a commission driven industry
• Fantastic communication skills
• A proactive nature and want to take control of their earnings

We work in the permanent recruitment sector, mainly within helping companies across the UK source experienced and skilled engineering personnel.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, however we have the option of some flexible working for the right person who is performing at the required level.
