Our client has a permanent vacancy for a HR Administrator to provide administration assistance to the Senior HR Advisor and HR Assistant in respect of the main aspects of the HR function. At all times ensuring best possible level of customer service to internal and external customers and ensuring that all relevant Company and Sector Specific procedures and policies are met in accordance with the Integrated Business Management System.
The Role
* Provide administration assistance to the HR team in respect of general HR processes & procedures.
* Maintain HR filing and assist with Absence Monitoring administration.
* Assist with administration support in respect of the company Occupational Health process and maintenance of the relevant data.
* Assist with the preparation of Company Induction folders and administration of the Company Induction process.
* Assist with Leaver administration process and exit interview data collation.
* Provide administration support to HR Team in respect of disciplinary, grievance and appeal meetings.
* Provide administration support in respect of Training and Development as required.
* Assist the HR team by answering general HR queries both by telephone and via email.
The Person
We are looking for someone who has previous HR experience and who can hit the ground running.
