Are you a Registered Nurse / Paramedic with current registration with the UK NMC or HCPC? Are you looking for the next step in your career? We are looking for someone to assist in translating Practice Plus Groups clinical strategies and models of care into the delivery of care for patients being treated at the Urgent Treatment Centre . You will be joining a team committed to delivering the highest standards in patient care in a fast paced and challenging Urgent Care environment.

About the role

You will assist in the provision of a quality service to patients attending the urgent treatment centre. The role requires you to function autonomously in a clinical role and also assist the Head of Nursing in the Management of the unit. You will have responsibility for the delivery of care needs and maintenance of clinical standards in units along with the lead nurse, provide effective leadership and support for all grades of staff, and assist in planning and directing activities to provide the optimal standard of care and actively participating in clinical audits and acting on the results of these.
