The Role:

As a result of continued business growth, we are currently recruiting for the role of Project Liaison to join a strong, dynamic team initially working within our transport department at our Skelmersdale site.

Now is an ideal time to join Kammac as we are investing in our people, systems and processes to ensure we meet our plans for growth. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with previous project implementation support experience. You will be seeing projects through to the end which will give exposure to multiple areas of the business. The ability to work well with others is essential, as Kammac strongly values a team player approach. Kammac prides itself on employing people who make a difference, so a proven ability and desire to produce great quality results within deadlines is key.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for keeping accurate and up to date records on the progress of projects

* Support in the creation and delivery of training workshops surrounding the implementation of systems and processes

* Offer and supply continued support to colleagues during and following the delivery and implementation of systems and processes

* Be responsible for data input of both pre-existing and new systems

* Superuser responsibilities e.g being a trusted person with access permissions to support in tasks, having comprehensive knowledge of all tasks and roles and be capable of delivering training to colleagues, maintain training check sheet etc

* Escalate complex queries where necessary to the implementation manager

* Produce, monitor and maintain relevant documentation including training files, SOP's etc

* Data analysis including pre and post project implementation

* Maintain and update pre-existing software and support in the transition to new systems and processes

* Day to day delivery support including daily stand up

* Troubleshooting

* Assisting and supporting the implementation manager in any and all tasks relating to the development, implementation and maintenance of systems, processes and other projects

* Book meetings and training workshops

* Be responsible for managing own time effectively to achieve deadlines

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

* Project implementation support experience is essential

* Administration experience is essential

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package including Word and Excel is essential

* Super user experience

* Experience of supporting a team in delivering projects

* Excellent attention to detail with a personable and flexible approach

* Data analysis experience is an advantage

* Knowledge of transport software systems is an advantage

* Knowledge of AGILE methodologies is an advantage

* Excellent organizational and communication skills
