Learning & Development Trainer

A full time, fixed term opportunity has become available in our fantastic People Development Team, for an initial period of 7 months.. This role requires an experienced L&D professional to support key business projects through the implementation of the full Learning cycle. The successful candidate will take the lead on a learning needs analysis, training design, training implementation/delivery and evaluation delivering key benefits to the business during a peak in demand for the People Development Team. Key Responsibilities include:

• Design, deliver and evaluate key training solutions to meet the needs of the business, in line with the business strategy
• Manage the internal Learning Management System, including accurate deployment of the required compliance training modules
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholder within the business, acting as a subject matter expert of all Learning & Development related queries

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience of training deliver and design skills
• Experience of coaching and mentoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An innovate approach to training initiatives
• Strong relationship building abilities
• Excellent time management
• Competent in Microsoft Office Programs

Desirable Criteria:

• Qualification in Learning & Development (CIPD, TAP or equivalent)
• Proficient in digital/E-Learning design software
