Job Title: Supply Chain Planner
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 + 10% Bonus
Location: Marlow, High Wycombe, Oxford, Windsor, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross

Evolve Recruitment are seeking an experience Supply Chain professional to join their clients expanding team. A fantastic opportunity to join a well established International business. The successful candidate will have strong manufacturing, Supply Chain experience, an understanding of planning systems, account management, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, forecasting stock demands, inventory analysis and working in a collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure manufacturing forecasts and firm purchase orders are submitted in a timely manner.
Ensure customer's adherence to contractual terms - translation of forecasted demand to purchase orders in line with contractual commitments.
Transfer customer's requirements to the manufacturing teams and co-ordinate feedback exchanges between involved supply chain parties
Lead expediting of goods with manufacturing and conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues and implement corrective actions, working with the account managers / project managers to escalate issues.
Maintain supply master data in planning systems.
Take a portfolio of domestic supply planning to support the European business. This involves placing orders and passing rolling forecasts to manufacturing.
Support the Supply Chain team with ad hoc tasks.
Occasional European travel may be required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Graduate degree with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with good experience and understanding of planning systems
Strong IT skills, advanced Excel, SAP
Strong planning and analytical skills
Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, as well as an excellent phone manner.
Customer facing supply chain experience.
