Security Officer

Role: Retail Security Officer - (Shopping Centre)

Pay Rate: Competitive

Location: Belle Valle Shopping Centre Liverpool L25 2RF

An opportunity has arisen at Belle Vale Shopping Centre for the role of Security Officer. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and be able to respond quickly, at short notice, with the confidence to integrate into the existing teams. Previous experience within the Security Industry is preferred, but full training for the site will be provided.

As things keep developing every day, no two days will be the same. But you'll be able to provide a consistent service, with day-to-day responsibilities such as:

• Presenting always a smart, alert, visible and commanding security presence
• Reception duties and dealing with visitor's enquiries
• Access control and securing client's premises
• Completing required paperwork, logs and daily occurrence book??
• Patrolling the internal and external areas of the site
• Reporting any security incidents and dealing with emergency situations, including initial alerts and evacuations in accordance with site procedures.
• You'll be responsible for keeping everyone safe, providing customer service with a smile and managing visitors, car parking and any incidents.
• With a keen eye for detail and a customer focused attitude, you must be a friendly face who enjoys helping the public.

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is always a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service; you must be flexible and available to work on a varied shift pattern which will include days, nights and weekends.
