If you have a passion for fundraising, a flare for marketing, or indeed both, we would love to hear from you.
The post holder will take overall management responsibility for the Marketing, Brand, and Fundraising and Development functions of YMCA Lincolnshire. They will be responsible for helping to developing and implementing strategy, innovative marketing campaigns that maximise awareness of the charity and its activities. Alongside this the postholder will take the lead on identification of new opportunities to raise funds for the organisation’s activities, relationship building, donor relationships. The post will be our ‘Brand Champion’ ensuring maximum awareness of YMCA Lincolnshire’s impact on communities across Lincolnshire.
