HR Officer | Manchester | Salary up to GBP30k | Temporary

Large public sector organisation are seeking to recruit a HR Advisor on a temporary basis. The role is based in North Manchester and offers flexibility to work from home.
Your new Job
In your new job you will be responsible in providing professional and responsive advice and guidance to employees, ensuring a consistent application of HR policies and practices. The role wil include but not limit to areas such as absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, recruitment, performance management and organisational change. The ideal candidate will be confident with ER casework and provide support and advice to managers undertaking investigations into disciplinaries and grievances as well as planning and organising hearings for appeals. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be able to deal sensitively with staff and external parties at all levels of the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD Level 5
- Previous HR Advisory experience
- UK Driving License with access to a car
- Planning and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
