The Pension, Benefits & HR Administrator Role:

You will provide an accurate and efficient Pension and Benefits Administration service to the company and support all benefits based activity within it. You’ll support the team in the execution and delivery of the people administration responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

+ Be responsible for the accurate and timely administration and accurate record keeping of the company auto enrolment pension scheme, the company life assurance, private healthcare, income protection and other schemes.
+ Be the key point of contact for all third party providers of our benefits. With their support create communications to ensure maximum impact, knowledge and understanding of the benefits.
+ Support the people team in the accurate and timely administration and accurate record keeping of other benefits such as fuel cards, employee assistance programme, employee loans, extended notice periods, holiday administration and Free Fridays.
+ Research, prepare and produce data and management information to support the senior team and management meetings. This may be excel reports and Powerpoint presentations.
+ Support the People Team in the action of all HR documentation; offer letters, contracts of employment, amendments to terms, reference requests, enhanced vetting, confirmation of probationary periods, ensuring line management adherence and sign off to agreed HR processes and procedures.
+ Provide support and assistance with the on-boarding process ensuring Line Managers are following the agreed induction procedure.
+ Action requests for information and queries via Spiceworks, the company HR ticket system. Escalate where required.
+ General administrative support for the people team and other duties within capability as requested.
+ Occasional reception cover may be required as part of a rota

About You:

+ An HR related degree is an advantage although you may also be qualified by experience.
+ 2 years experience in an HR Administration role that incorporates responsibility for pension and benefits administration together with Database admin is essential.
+ Experience and understanding of the accuracy and attention to detail required for payroll administration is essential.
+ Strong numeracy skills with a demonstrable understanding of applying knowledge to the HR function essential, ideally in the IT professional services sector although not essential.
+ Strong IT skills and capability to work with MS Word and Excel to intermediate level is also essential, advanced level is desirable.
+ Systems experience in SAP, SuccessFactors and ADP iHCM, Concur, Administrate and SAP Learning Hub would also be an advantage.
+ A strong communicator, flexible and willing.
+ Pro-active with a “I can do '' attitude.
+ You’ll also be self-motivated with the ability to multitask as well as being discreet.
+ You’ll be flexible and be prepared to work as part of a team.
