We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR Advisor to join our small and busy People team. As someone who is passionate about people, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to our people (around 80 staff) and promote good practice across the organisation. You will play a lead role in ensuring recruitment is timely and all candidates have a positive experience, as well as leading the induction process of new staff members. You will provide advice and guidance to staff and managers around employee relations matters, ensure payroll process are completed accurately and on time, and provide support on key People & Team-building projects.

This is an operational, hands on role and while we are looking for someone who has relevant experience and knowledge of HR including payroll and/or recruitment experience, you will also develop in the role and get opportunities to work across all aspects of HR. You will either be qualified or working towards a CIPD level 5 (or higher). You must be highly effective at relationship-building and be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is pro-active, can work in an organised manner with good accuracy and attention to detail whilst working at pace.
