Due to expansion we are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Social Care team.
The successful Sales Consultant must have:
Identify and develop new business relationships.
Generate your own leads through market research and cold calling.
Sourcing and attracting passive/active candidates for temp-perm roles.
Manage the 360-recruitment process.
Multi-task whilst maintaining a keen attention to detail.
The successful Sales Consultant must have:
Positive attitude (Essential)
Management experience (Ideally)
12+ Months recruitment experience (Ideally)
Motivation and ambition with a drive to succeed (Essential)
Confidence within a target driven environment (Essential)
A proven track record of success (Essential)
Excellent communication skills (Essential)
