I am currently recruiting for a Resourcer for Hunter Education based in Manchester City Centre (Spinningfields) to work alongside the MD.
This role will be office based and will involve speaking with hundreds of candidates on a daily basis, the successful candidate will be able to work up to the full recruitment consultant role with guidance and training.
The role of an education recruitment resourcer is a fast-paced role and best suited to an individual who is enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
The Role:
* Sourcing suitable candidates for our job vacancies
* Contacting applicants to discuss the vacancies
* Arranging interviews / meetings for the candidates
* Registering and checking of candidate documents
* Advertising job vacancies
* Hours of work - Monday to Friday 08.00-18:00
In return, we can offer a salary of up to GBP18,000, Plus uncapped commission OTE GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 year one.
