Trainee Estate Agent - GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 OTE
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to pursue a long term career witihin the property industry.
Duties/attributes:
Qualify applicants and potential landlords to company standards
Generate viewings and offers
Negotiate offers to agreed deals
Achieve personal and individual activity targets
Generate listing opportunities
Collate own and daily, weekly and monthly figures to highlight performance
Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards
