ROLE

• Responsible for all estimating - commercial and surveying projects.

• Joining the commercial team and reporting to the Commercial Manager.

• Preparation and submission of tenders

• Managing budgets

• Cost management

• Manage subcontractor applications

• Business Development experience

ABOUT YOU

• Experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor (minimum 5 years experience)

• Experience working for a main contractor or established construction company

• Degree educated

• Hold valid UK Driver's licence

• Looking for career progression
